Critique on these critters plz

These two designs are for sale on my DA
I want some critique so maybe I can fix them up a bit and have a better chance at selling them

The first one, it is a bit unrealistic because the roan is over the tail and mane, and the markings are white - a good tip is to use a light shade of grey instead of white.

And the second one, well first the eye is blue, and blue eyes are only on horses with the splash gene, and that is tovero. And you have coloured over the lines which isn't very good.

So just improve those! :)
