No longer Boarded... Again

#44258 Posted on 2016-06-04 17:16:35

Hey, this is something I found today going to check on my horses and stuff. And here... Again most of my horses are not boarded. I have paid for all of them up to 147 weeks. And now they are no longer boarded. This frustrates me so much because I have to pay all over again for them to be boarded. Again.

Is this some glitch or any way to fix it? I do not want to spend all my time on here re-boarding horses. Spending easily over $2000 everytime.

Hm.. well.. I know they're taken out of boarding when you lock up. Other than that, I don't know of any reason it'd take them out.

If you lock your divisions or lock your account, they will be removed from stables in order to free up the stable space for other horses.

Or the stable owner can be fishing for money and kicking them out?

That's all helpful, none of my horses are locked or have been locked except one that is entered in a competition. But can people kick you out even though you paid?

If so, thats unfair to those that have paid for weeks and weeks and to be kicked out and not get your money back is wrong.

You can't kick someone from a stable until they're unpaid

Really... Then how can you become 'not boarded' when I have paid up to 147 days about a week ago? Is this a bug or something?

It's a bug, and I believe it's been brought up in the bug board. Until it's definitely found that it's fixed I'd avoid paying more than one week board at a time.

I really don't want to re-pay this again at all. Its happened twice. And it wastes my money, the game should give the money we lost back. And I know this sounds selfish but it is ridiculous that other members can pay full out 147 days with no problems and I can't.

Actually stable owners aren't getting paid past the initial board fee either in some cases. This is also a noted and documented bug listed :/ so a stable owner may actually only be getting the initial 10-100$ boarding fee per week but not weeks after that

Another member found it and I aided in testing it on another pair of accounts.

Is this being fixed? It would only cause trouble on others as people don't get their money and others lose it. Plus it would make things easier and make me feel better when I board my horses.

I'm sure Abbey's working on it when she can, she'll be aware of the problems since they're posted on the bug board.

Oh... Okay, well I look forward to it. Thanks guys for your information. I did learn a few things, and I know I sounded a little harsh. But I have cooled off and much more level-headed now. And I understand that these things happen and I just need to move on as it's just a game. When these bugs get fixed, it would be better, but until thing. I'll just hold out. Thanks again. XD
