Some help with this charrie I made

So I want someone that can make the background clear, invisible however you want to call it. I an also needing it done now or as soon as possible, today tho. I am going to give the person that does it a reward, I will pm that person the reward. It's going to be a very good poke so don't worry about what it is.

I started this, then got a headache and gave up. xD Here's what I have if anyone wants to pick up where I left off (and if you know of easier ways to remove the last bits of white than erasing them all individually, please tell me. x_x I've tried several ways and can't figure it out. xD)

The one in the first post is different than the others posted I edited the post I want the same thing done to this one as the other one :D
