Dutch Warmblood Club - Contest #2 Art

The Dutch Warmblood Club needs your help! We will have several contests this month. Unfortunately, I've become quite busy over the past couple of weeks, so I will manage these contests best I can. I apologize in advance if you don't hear from me for a couple of days. I'll check in as often as I can.

Contest #2 - Prize tag art contest
*Each member may submit multiple/unlimited entries
*Entry fee is $5000 per entry. This money will go toward a cash prize, but will not be the sole source of prize funding.
*Tag should be an appropriate size (let's say a max of 300x300px, but it may be smaller and any dimension - 150x200, 50x75, etc)
*Tag should say: "Dutch Warmblood Club" "June 2016" "Mascot" in any order or arrangement
*Please let me know in your entry if you are willing to customize the tag with the horse's name, number, and/or part of the picture that shows the horse's color.
*Please let me know if your entry if you are willing to customize the tag for additional months, with the goal of using the same tag for the next 6 months (provided each new club prez decided to use it)
*You may and you are encouraged to watermark your entries to prevent theft prior the end of the contest.
*Prize $50k, subject to increase, but I don't want to promise something I can't deliver.
