Per the newsletter, I'm dropping the confo requirements for registration. I've already removed these, so feel free to register your horses who were previously excluded.

As far as the stat requirements goes, I'll work on a preliminary idea and send out a survey in the coming days. However, feel free to debate and/or toss out ideas.
