Thank you guys :) in the future if clubs change or I become completely rich and full of free time again I will run the club to its fullest, at this point I would willingly withdraw if someone wanted to run it in July.

I'll miss having you as club president! You've been one of the most active presidents around, so I'll be sad to see you go. (But totally understand your reasons. ♥ )

(I can financially help out with some prizes if you like; I'm no good at setting up contests or the like, but I have a good amount of money banked, so I'd be happy to help on the prize end.)

It's not so much about the "funds" per say there's a lot more to it, last month alone the bank in the club (without donation) rose to over 350k majority of it was registrations. This month we haven't had that, I've had maybe 5 horses entered into registry and 1 for stud book (Last month well over 200)

I'm thinking of stepping back for more than just the funding, the large prizes I offered were however due to the fact we had such a registry boom and large bank and bam it was gone. That did kind of irritate me some to see that it had gone back to next to nothing the following month (when I had intended on building off of it)

This month I had hoped with the ease in registry a larger boom in horses coming in, this simply hasn't happened. There still is no use for clubs other than a small group of dedicated players to come close together and work towards bettering the breed. I have followed a couple of threads where people don't see the point in them as there's currently "no reason".

I may seem out of line with it all but that is how i feel about it, that more people are sticking to their horses currently and not worrying about clubs now in preparation for future on the recode when clubs do become more than just "there". I also know coming into the next few months I just don't have the time to upkeep like I did when I started.

If no one runs if anything I'll toss my name in just so the club has someone to do registrations and stud book, and keep the breeders list going and shows, but I won't be able to upkeep on everything else :( not for a while.

August is my wedding anniversary and July I have a wedding to go to as well as a trip planned to family. So a busy time of planning ahead, and my horse is coming home - Athena is getting ready to foal also.

Sounds like you have a lot of real-life stuff going on! I totally understand wanting to take a step back from everything. ♥ Have fun with all the things happening for you!

I definitely appreciate your willingness to at least handle registrations.

I'd run for president, but there are times when I have to surprise!lock because my internet poops out for a few days or I don't have time for everything, so I don't want to commit to being a club president. (Plus I'm not very good at organizing contests or anything.) But if we hit a point where absolutely no one else can, I'll run, just so we *can* get horses registered/listed as studs/etc.

[Also also, I'm moving my Morgans over to my main account today (#55431), so I'll be doing stuff from there instead.]

So I have been absent, but I will tally points and results this evening, it was my luck to have a procedure done on my back yesterday I've been blah today but will get it done!

Next month the only contest I will be holding is the mascot, please feel free to post entries now :). Will be no requirements except Minimum 400 stats and MIN 60 conformation - winner will be picked via random generator on the 10th
