Money in Riding School?

So, I have my riding school open and saw you get money.
But when I scrolled down, it said if you are using your own training center you don't get any money? Which didnt make sense. How do I get money from a riding center?

You make money from your riding school when other people use it and you make money by entering your horses into other players riding schools.

Basically the idea (at least the one that makes sense to me) is if you're going to use your own school, you're getting back what you paid through the earnings and winnings, so it just doesn't charge you in the first place. It's a good way to save money on training and showing as you don't pay anything but still get perks (pp, stats, etc.) :)
