I'm sorry for posting this here, but I have no idea where else to put it? Argh!

So today I bought dA points via credit card. But as soon as I put the order through, a message came up saying something like the administrator needs to look over the order so there will be a delay. The payment went through fine, the money was taken from my account, so I know it wasn't a payment issue or default. What's going onnn!? Where are my points? Why the delay?

Has anyone else had this issue? Help?

Oh my gosh! I just posted a message about this too! It happened to me, I ordered 800 points and I STILL haven't received them! I ordered them 16 hours ago -.-

I'm not sure that a lengthy delay is supposed to happen, though i've never bought points from them before. I'd advised going on DA itself and asking their forums and seeing if it gets sorted out.

I sent a message to the help desk to find out what was going on and it says that submission ticket is now also under review. The status of the points say under review and you get a message saying the dA team has to review the purchase to ensure some protocol, I guess they just take 700 million years. I still have yet to receive mine from yesterday and the status still says under review, and this is really making me angry.

Apparently according to them, they randomly delay some peoples orders for anti-fraud measures. How ridiculous! They've already taken my money, they should credit me immediately! If they were going to do a delay, then they should've waited to take the money from my account until they were certain and happy I was no 'fraud'!

I am so peeved off right now! This is NOT how to run a business and I won't be buying points again!

I'll just spend my money on EV instead. (I bought credits recently and they were a bit slow going into my account, I messaged Abbey and she got onto it immediately! That's how it SHOULD be done!!!!)
