Critique Please!

What do y'all think? Anything I should change? Anything I should add or take away? If I were to sell this, how much would you pay?

I'll start by saying... AMAZING ♥ XD

But the leaves on the tree look a little different cos they don't have as much detail :) And also it looks like it is about to slip off, because there isn't a strap underneath XD

But this is amazing! This could easily be:

SB: 50K
MI: 5K
AB: 200K

I'd probably be willing to pay upwards of 500k mix for it tbh. It looks very well done. I like the originality in it.

It's cute and nicely done, but to me it feels like there is a mishmash of themes going on - I don't really get the concept behind the character.

The bone-themed skull/necklace combo makes sense on its own, as does the pair of ear and leg beads/feathers, but together they feel at odds with one another. There's such a contrast in the hardness of the bones and the soft ethereal feeling of the feather/bead combo . . . it's hard to tell which one defines this character more.

With those contrasting elements and with the addition of the tree and all the straps, it just seems like there is too much happening thematically in the design. Is this horse tethered to nature via the tree and straps? Is it a bone collector type, as the skull and necklace suggest? Or is it ethereal and magical like the softness of the feathers and beads? It's rather hard to work out.

Kinda reminds me of my Oatu :D
