Need help with layout

Hey guys,
firstly, yes Blinketh is back! WOOO ♥
I will update everyone when I get settled in my new EQ XD and what not.

I just need help with the HTML of my layout. I just copy pasted my old one to the new EQ layout and I dunno how to fix it to fit in the layout. Blinketh was never much good at coding -.- The bottom half is fine but it's covering up my horses etc... and can someone please recode the top part for me?

EDIT: Blinketh remembered how to make the layout not cover up the bottom part. But that's it. xD Still haven't worked out the top.
