[ADDED] Selling things to the General store?

Like the title says,

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has unwanted items we have collected, from the junk yard or from extra horses that we've sold. I was thinking it would be cool if we could sell things back to the stores for half the price we bought it for? Kinda like how it is on Howrse.

For those who don't support, mind explaining why?

Its not a bad idea, but why not use the Item market to sell unwanted inventory?

I just post it for a little cheaper in the item market and eventually someone buys it. If you wanted to draw attention to it you could make a forum post about it. Especially with tack sets or large bundles of treats, people just starting a new herd or feeding large quantities will be interested. If you've gotten it for free and can't sell it, you could always discard it. While you won't receive money, it was free, so you're not really losing out.

I will say that while I don't really think we need this right now, if the market gets so bad that literally no one is purchasing and people are only selling, I would support something like this just to keep the market afloat. Eventually people are going to collect so much free stuff from rides or the Junk Yard that it will just sit and they won't know what to do with it but won't want to discard it (anyone else a virtual hoarder? Just me? ok), so maybe then.

I'm starting to feel like, with riding lessons, there suddenly is a ton of extra treats that no one is really willing to purchase. Even if the market was willing to take it at 25% of the current value, it would be massively helpful in unloading unwanted items/treats.

It's sometimes pretty tricky to sell your stuff nowadays, since there's so much of it but not much demand, since everyone can get treats for free. Support so that I won't be as broke anymore.
