Tag problem!

I made my tag a gif of hayley williams from Paramore in their clip for Ignorance but when I replied on a post my tag was just a still pic. Have I done something wrong? I've seen others have gifs as their tags work I don't know what I did wrong :/

The file extension of the image is .jpeg, you'd need to change it to .gif for it to be animated c:
