An Artist

I have a pretty epic idea for a tag and sig set, but I'm not an artist. You'd need to be good at backgrounds, too. I've got 22mil and I'm willing to spend all of it because I think doing a recolor sell might do really well. 

Please do NOT steal this idea. 

The sig: Background - Hogwarts and the Great Lake
             Horse - Standing in a boat crossing the Great Lake, staring up at Hogwarts

The tag: Background - The Hogwarts courtyard or lawn
              Horse - Lit wand in the mouth, house scarf around the neck. Pose is up to the artist.

I know I'm not the only Potterhead here. I really think something like this could do really really well.
