Cant enter a horse for shows?

I dont know what I am missing this has never happened before but I recently bought this horse  and I am trying to enter him into shows and he is not coming up as eligible...what am I missing, I am stumped lol

Nothing is showing up as obvious to me, looks like he isn't in shows already, and he isn't in riding school...does he show up when you go to the shows? 

I would've said "Check if his vet and farrier are up to date," but that looks fine too. 

Has he been entered into the riding school and completed?

Yes, when I bought him he was in a riding school and i completed it!

He doesnt show up as an option when I got to enter horses into shows

He can't be entered in shows because the Riding School uses the same daily "slots." In the division he's in, if you hover over the Blue Ribbon icon, it shows "Entered in 10 shows." When a horse is entered in a riding school for 10 hours, it takes the place of ten shows, since a horse can only be entered in either or each day.

it sounds like that may be the issue, if he was entered into riding school today before you bought him he won't be able to show until tomorrow
