ISO:Custom Layout/Coder

I'm in search of a layout and/or coder. I already have banner art (manips and/or large arts), so all I'd need would be text boxes, border, headers, text, etc designed. I'll need at least four text boxes, but preferably more like six. Please show examples of layouts you've coded, preferably with links to players' pages so I can explore them and see how they work for myself. Can pay in EVD/EVC or an art/design trade. Or a bit of both. Not sure what custom ones go for nowadays, so let me know your pricing as well. 

I can do coding, not the most advanced, but can do some.
