I will change the text in the banner to whatever you choose and can also change the font style. 
I can add additional text boxes for $100k each. 
I will not make other changes unless discussed beforehand and agreed upon. 

Do not remove any credits from this layout. 
Do not steal my coding. 
Please do not make edits to the coding/banner without discussing it with me first.
