Tips for a (potential) new deluxe member?

#271141 Posted on 2023-11-29 12:18:18

Hello, y'all.  I've been enjoying Equiverse for years (off and on), and in the interest of supporting it and helping it continue to exist, I'm considering becoming a deluxe member.  (At the beginning of either December or January.)  What's that like?  Anything important I should know?  I'm particularly interested in training arenas and riding schools.

If you go under game guides, there’s a forum post with everything for new deluxe members

Beside the stable and rising schools, the best I love the "Vet all horses", "Shoe all horses" feature, as well as the full layout possibility.

Game guides, got it.

Right now "Vet all" and "Shoe all" aren't very high on my list of priorities, but I imagine that'll change once I have as many horses as I plan to.

Another thing is your stable. I have 30 arenas so I create 300 shows per day. I bring in about 15k from that every day, but arenas cost 10k each, so it takes a while to really be profitable and earn back the cost of arenas :)

It is definitely easier to keep a larger number of horses with the vet/farrier all horses option. I don't think I'd survive without the deluxe, I'm able to make a lot of my own shows, train my horses in the arenas, you can earn money when people use your riding school, boarding, training arenas, and from hosting shows.

Honestly, I frequently find myself with more cash than I need, so part of my attraction to deluxe is just having more things to build up.
