I'm not entirely sure that this is the right forum to post this, please let me know if this belongs elsewhere^^

I've created 300 foundation Mustangs and not a single one of them had champagne. Can Mustangs be still created with this color from the EC or has it been removed? Or am I just extremely unlucky? I gene tested all the white ones to see if they hide it but none did.

Sounds like you might just be getting extremely unlucky. Getting dilute colors from the EC is pretty rare compared to your standard Black, Bay, Chestnut, and Greys.
