Enjoying the Rodeo at my County Fair!!!

Oh man! This awesome cowboy's horse broke the barrier before the calf did = 10 second penalty 😳 and he had the lead with 8.5 seconds.

I don’t know anything about rodeo. I did watch it once on tv, but I haven’t watch it again!

Was the horse ok, did it get hurt? Sorry, if this question is dumb!

Horse is fine; but some are so excited about working cattle they get moving before they're supposed too. And the barrier is simply a rope across the entrance of the chute; there also is a string tied around the calfs' neck that has to break before the horse can.

I miss going to rodeos. They are so much fun! My county fair usually has a rodeo, but they didn't this year because they didn't have a big enough sponsor unfortunately.
