ISO: CSS Layout [Offer Increased]

Now that I have some money in the bank, I'm looking to upgrade my layout. I'm happy with what I have for the main layout, but I'd like for the rest of the page to match my color scheme which is way beyond my ability to figure out on my own. I'm willing to pay $1m EVD or 5 EVC. Thanks to anyone up to the task :)

I know Lucia made a Dark Mode CSS page layout for herself, you could try asking her :)

I could probably pull something together if you are just looking for things like page background, text, basically color change to kind of pull it all together?  I made my layout as well as one on 115892, the Equiverse Performance Association, Tennessee Walking Federation, as well as for some other members.
