I don't see it personally on yours or my own but I think the border colour might be making it look like it's bigger because there is a tiny drop shadow under those boxes. So white compared to the red looks bigger but it's just an illusion. 

It was always uneven even when I don't have any layout or modify anything.

Edit: even with shadows, it's still uneven. for the bottom, Member Information is around 3px shorter, and the top is 4px shorter. Total 7px shorter than Account Information.
I've removed everything from Page HTML and it's still visible as uneven.

Are we allowed to share Google Docs? I do not own any image hosting site account and rather not create one. I uploaded the pictures to google docs.

That's fine, I genuinely can't see a difference as large as described but it could be a difference in screen size. 

If it's a screen size issue, all players would have uneven boxes. But it's just my page that is having uneven boxes. It's driving me nuts because it's not looking clean as I would like... ;_;

When you reset your page did you use the full reset page button in Help > Account?

Yes, I used the full reset and it's still uneven.

Well, I figured out the cause. It's a special character in the name.

I went to check Maple and Kali's page and realized that their boxes are uneven as well. Maple's only slightly off and I realized that she got one special character (ɛ) while Kali and I had full names in special characters. I decided to test the theory and change my name to normal Lucia and my box is even now.

In conclusion, this game just really hates any non-Latin alphabet (such as Korean, etc) letters and special characters.

It just looks like an oversight then, especially with all the issues special characters have caused in the past.
