ISO: Custom Ref + Layout

Hi folks - anyone have their commissions open? Prefer EVD but can get EVC. 

I am looking for the following 
2 Custom Refs - One can be 1 sided with face ; One needs to be 2 sided 
     -- I WILL consider high quality premade lines and might even have some you can use

Custom Layout 
  Not sure what I'm looking for here, so just show me some examples

Sorry for just randomly posting but how exactly do you put the layout on your profile page? I'm only asking because I'm also interested in a layout but I don't truly know how it works, just how it looks.

I can do some layout coding, can't do manips or graphics but can find an image from unsplash, pixabay, or pexels to use and can add text to it.

prices vary from $500k million to 1 evd or 5-10 credits(preferred).
