[ADDED] Make Snowballs more common (please?)

Part of the issue with snowflakes is also that at some point the event shop has been expanded without increasing the droprate/adjusting the prices.

The snowball-meter is another issue and yeah, I would rather have the shop automatically open on Christmas Eve or first day of winter than rely solely on snowballs thrown. Tbh, I don't like events that take more than a week, in the middle of second week I'm fed up with these pop-ups.

i think lowering the cost of items and *slightly upping the chance of finding event currency to buy said items would be a fair solution.

Just to clarify - the discovery ratio for snowballs/snowflakes is what we're going to look at tweaking, since we've had issues getting to the point of unlocking the shop in recent years, and need it to happen sooner so there's more time to access the shop. Unfortunately this may mean if you're tired of the snowball prompts you may see more of them (sorry! :c). If there's continued interest in the opt-out for events, you can add onto or support that suggestion here. 

 have a herd of 109(I think, hard to remember) active horses, and after caring for all of them, I only got 4 snowballs D': I must just have awful luck, but I get excited whenever I see the popup for them :')

@Maple~ the only reason I've thrown so many is because I've worked my butt off trying to be at the top of the leaderboard for about 17 hours total :) It's gotten quite tedious clicking through pages hoping for a snowball. I'd rather not grind for hours just to ensure a win for the Blues(aka the best). I've already given myself awful shoulder pain to the point of not being able to use my arm just for this game. 'Tis not a great idea, but nevertheless I still do it because I want to support EV and my team♥

I have clicked through all 115 pages of Arty's Horse Design Trade Game twice, and only got 6 snowballs from that😭

Edit: did full care of all my horses, got 4 snowballs but now whenever I throw one, I get 1 within 3 minutes, so that's okay with me :D

Edit 2: Today I've capped on snowballs at least 8 times, but I haven't dipped blow 4... so I guess RNG or smth was just working against me :P
