Ghost instinctively pinned his ears at the tone of the mare, eyes showing he was concerned for what exactly he had gotten himself into, "I just came here to see the falls. They've been a talk among my herd since I was born." He explained, showing he had no intention of butting into the business of others. Especially those who seemed to have no time for the company of other equines. His eyes flashed to the smokey black mare then back to the golden one. His own eyes a piercing blue like ice on a fresh winter morning. His muscles were obviously tensed at all this, unsure how to proceed or what might come of this abrupt meeting.

Eldora's gaze turned back to the colt. She snorted blowing smoke into the air. "I don't care about your herd or that this place has been the talk of it. The both of you are keeping me from getting to my destination," she snapped turning to look back at the mare. She could tell that the colt didn't seem a threat, but at this point she couldn't risk anything. Eldora huffed, "I suggest you get lost. That goes to the both of you." she scowled clearly angry. Though she was almost always mad. At this point there was no reason for her not to be. Eldora was unaware of this mare's magic, and how strong it was, but she had power of her own. She'd use it soon enough if it came to it.

After hearing the colt's response, Clarimonde knew that she would need to answer this mare that was in her way. She could feel the power radiating off the golden horse, knew that this mare was no horse to mess around with. However it seemed that this golden mare didn't realize that Clarimonde had powers of her own. She didn't want to use them on anyone though. Clarimonde swished her tail and shook out her mane. She was clearly frustrated on what to do. She knew that she had every right to be here and that this other mare was intruding on her quiet time. She looked back to the mare and calmly told her, "Yes, you were in my path. I was walking along the falls, the reason doesn't matter to you, and you were the one who stepped in front of me." Clarimonde still had no idea why she was standing up for herself, but she felt her powers calming her and helping her to be patient with this hot-tempered mare.

Eldora stomped her hoof in the ground with enough force to leave a perfect imprint of her hoof. She looked this other mare dead in the eyes with quite a stare. She knew that this mare had been following her whether she knew it or not, but either way no one has spoken to her like that ever. No one had the balls to do it. They were all weak really. It seemed Eldora was the only one that lived true to the Veldere herd's name. Nevermind them. The herd didn't matter to her. That was why she spent weeks away from them. She was sure they enjoyed it when she was gone. She may not have been the lead, but she practically led it. Even the lead stallion was scared of her. That was the only reason she was never fully kicked from the Veldere herd. Eldora huffed not taking her gaze off of this mare. It seemed like a eternity until she spoke again, "If I ever see the two of you again you won't be able to walk away so easily." she said as if the words were poison to her tongue, "Remember that every minute and every second of everyday from here on out." she snapped turning around. And just like that she was gone.

Clarimonde stood there watching the golden mare turn around and take off. She was stumped as to what just happened. She shook her head to try and clear her thoughts. There was something about that mare that was intriguing her. She had power radiating from her, there was no doubt about that, but there was something that just kept picking at the back of Clarimonde's thoughts. After what seemed like hours, but was really only seconds, Clarimonde realized that the black colt was still standing there staring at her. She could tell that he was tense, if not a little startled or scared of the situation that just happened. She looked at the colt and said in the calmest voice she could muster after that startling experience, "So the falls have been the talk amongst your herd since you were born, huh? Would you want me to show you around to some of my favorite spots?" Usually Clarimonde would just ignore other horses, they usually all made fun of her for being odd and shy, but she felt this horse was different. She looked at the shiny black colt with a kind gaze, awaiting his answer.

Name: Sapphira
Gender: Mare
Breed: Percheron
Family: Unknown
Herd: N/A ( Sapphira is a wanderer, and doesn’t often stay with a single herd )
Appearance: Sapphira is a tall, dapple grey mare with light, unflattering mane that is tangled and limp. The Percheron has dark eyes, one flecked with hints of a dull blue. The mare has a kind, trustworthy face. Her body is heavy and strong, contrasted with delicate feathered legs. She bears the faint hint of a wide blaze that spreads to her left eye, although it is masked by the light fur around it. Her once shining coat is now riddled with dust and dirt, making her quite unpleasant to the eye.
Magic: Sapphira doesn’t possess any magic.
Personality: Sapphira is a quiet mare, and often avoids more than a polite greeting. The mare, although introverted and timid, will never refuse a request of help. Having no possession of magical abilities, Sapphira had been labeled any easy target, and so the mare had to reluctantly learn to defend herself with her body. Sapphira greatly fears and loathes confrontation, although in heat of the moment events she can ignite the inkling of fierceness inside her. Sapphira looks for the best in those around her, which often leads her to ignore blatant problems and dangers. Sapphira is a wanderer. She often gets overwhelmed and feels as though those around her loathe her presence, and so she often branches off from her  current herd to find another in search of acceptance. In tense situations she often panics, and can not remain clear headed. She also tends to cling to any horse that reflects her kindness, to fearful to let go in case she might not find another horse that accepts her irritating nature.
Backstory: Sapphira had a pleasant upbringing. Her sire and her dam cared for her deeply and showed her all the wonders of the world. Before she was two years old, they had shared their knowledge with her, teaching her how to forage and survive. Trusting that Sapphora was well off, they gently nudged her off onto her own journey. Without their care and attention, she quickly became anxiety ridden and constantly over thought every word a fellow horse said to her, hence her timid and jumpy nature.

I’ve never rped before, so I hope this is okay :)
