Creating a new division?

I have been gone almost a full rl year. I have pretty much forgotten how to play. I was wondering if I could replay the tutorial, and if so, how? If not, I can figure it out on my own, mostly. I want to create a new division  for my unassigned horses (I have them separated according to breed) and have absolutely no clue how to do this. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. :)
