Layout coding

I'm in the process of re-learning how to make an HTML layout after many years of not using it (not since classic Horseland lol) and I think I finally have something coming along. But can anyone tell me how y'all get that nifty thing going on that changes the whole color scheme of your page rather than just posting images at the top? Thanks!

I'm also having trouble with some hover pop-ups I put with some horse names in my layout. After each line of text < b / > shows up (I did not type that out in the code) and I'm not sure how to get rid of it.

You need to use CSS to make the style change/overwrite the game style.

The line issue should be fixed if you take off the "Automatic lines?" option at the bottom of the account settings panel.
