Sparking the interest?

This is not a humble brag but those of you who belong to a club are letting me win all the good stuff by not entering the competitions that the club organisers have kindly taken the time and trouble to put on.  There has been little or no opposition. I do feel somewhat guilty but if you do not enter you cannot expect to win and keep your ranch running with the proceeds.

Since the New Year started, I have won over $400,000 from 7 competitions not including items.  The prizes are well worth having and some even give you your money back just for entering! So, come on spring into action with some competitive spirit and make me work for the prize winnings!

Club owners should also take note that there are only a few clubs putting on these competitions – contests for club Mascots should be fairly easy to produce.  The members could choose their favourite saving you the hassle and flak if they do not agree with your choice. How can you raise the profile of your club, achieve financial security to keep the club open and get members to breed better quality if they do not know who to contact and enjoy the game with more interactiveness.

Suggestions could include with a choice of gender including foal and gelding as appropriate.

1.        Winter – Grey/Black/White/Sable

2.        Spring – Palomino/Cremello/Moreno

3.        Summer – Red Dun

4.        Autumn - Chestnut/Sorrel/Brown/Champagne

There is also a wide variation in patterns so the list is endless.

I know economic and life pressures can interfere with playing such a thought-provoking game
