Insidious sabotage practice

Hi

I have recently noticed when looking at higher stat horses in the rescue centre that some players have been increasing the nss on horses they do not want.  Has anybody else noticed this?
Wouldn't it be better and cheaper to either geld stallys / put them in their riding school or just retire them than spending money on high value treats?

Also there seems to be a lot of cross discipline breeding which I would like to eradicate to generally improve our herds.

I'd assume it's a result of relatively new players not realising that low nss is a priority to many players (however not all). The concept isn't explained in the newbe tutorial. You have to be persistent and dig into forum posts and individual players' tutorials to gain this insight.
