halter/flysheet

Hey I just got the idea and making more colors for both the halters and flysheets.

But not only that, but also have them available for foals.

There has already been a post on adding more colors. There are many colors right now which some can be found in the general store. Most of the others are only found in events. I do however support the ability to add them to foals.
