ISO A Character

Lately, I've been wanting a specific character. I don't care if it's an already existing character, or a custom one.

What I want - 

 - quarter/appaloosa build

 - tobiano or blanket appi maybe with roan

 - brown bay or palomino (or something similar)

 - native american markings

 - eagle feathers

 - perhaps a native american saddle pad with arrows? (this one isn't required)

I'm only choosing one, but if there's two that I really like then I'll get two^^

@Rowan - I'd like to see examples of your work. People have different prices regarding to making custom characters. Prices can vary from 100k to 2 million.
