Horse Breeding

so like how do y'all do it? Does the same strategy as old EV work with breeding right before they age over or does the pregnancy feature mess with that?

The mares can have their foal even when they are retired, but the horses now die when they turn 22 years old, and if the foal stays with their dam for 5 days; you don't have to feed them except for the treats. :)

The stallions can be bred multiple times a day, like real life stallions, and that is one of my favorite new features, so I no longer have to make sure that I don't have to buy a breeding speed potion, as I had to do on several occasions on the old EV, when my mare was ready, but the stud was not. :P

I just make sure that I breed my pairs the day before they turn 21, sometimes earlier, depending on my schedule, and whether they have recuperated from their last breeding.
