EGA - CHC - Deactivation

CHC has now added a cap limit to the total number of horses you can have participating at a time. 

Each player is limited to five horses participating at a time. 

With adding this cap limit, we realize after a long successful showing career, selling the horse(s), etc., players will need to switch out their enrolled horses. For this reason, we are implementing a deactivation topic.

This is the official topic to deactivate any horse you no longer wish to have enrolled in the EGA's CHC program. In order for any horse to be removed from the payout and log, you will need to fill out a Deactivation Ticket. This will help the EGA admins know which horses to continue progress tracking and paying, and which ones can be passed over and removed from the incentive program log book.

Please Note: 
- If you choose to deactivate a horse, you cannot re-enroll that horse again at a later date. All deactivations are final for that horse. If the horse was sold, and you provided us a Deactivation Ticket, the new owner may re-enroll the horse under their name. 

- Deactivating a horse for the CHC program does not remove them from the EGA's registry book. You may remove the horse if you desire, but since being a gelding is our only requirement, we will not remove any horses from the registry.

To deactivate your horse with CHC, the process is very simple. You will need to fill out the form below for each horse and comment it in this topic. We do ask that you try to submit all of your tickets within the same post. EGA admins will actively be checking comment threads to ensure we don't miss any horses being added to an older comment.

***PLEASE NOTE: When filling out the "Reason for Deactivation" section, you cannot leave this blank. Please specify why you no longer wish to have that horse enrolled. It can be something as simple as "switching horses", or "sold horse", etc., but it cannot be left blank. You will be asked to edit this if you fail to fill it in and deactivation will not be complete until this step is done***
