Best Gaming Headset for PC?

#241825 Posted on 2021-06-21 11:54:52

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a new gaming headset for my PC. I have a Corsair HS50 right now, but when I mute the headset, it has horrible feedback. Its connected to my PC through the headphone/mic adapter that came with it. I'm looking for a high quality, but easy on the ears headset for long periods of gaming. Something that won't hurt after just an hour or so of wear. Any suggestions would be fabulous! Also in the market for a great gaming chair cushion if anyone has suggestions there too! Oh! Also, would prefer to spend less than $150 on a headset, but a tad over is okay too! Thank you guys!!!

I really like my Logitech G935. Comfortable, lightweight, and I haven't had any issues as far as feedback goes

I think I've looked into those, but not much. I've looked into the cloud alpha's by HyperX and even a couple by Razer. I've heard good things about SteelSeries, but I've not heard a lot, just a few here and there. Google is no help when it comes to helping me decide. Haha

I have been super satisfied with my Afterglow headset. Have had it for years!

I have had a very poor experience with Razer brand and would emplore people to seek any other options besides Razer (just my 2 cents).

What games do you play or are you into?

I play Red Dead Online, Destiny 2, Biomutant, Call of Duty, and a bunch of other random ones. I've had a great experience with HyperX and I love my Corsair, but it just has a lot of feedback and starts to give me a headache after about 30 mins to a hour of playtime. Whether it's wired or wireless doesn't really matter much to me. I've had both. I'm not into Turtle Beach sets. I've had bad experiences with them.
