[tall oak] characters for sale

Hello! I am currently in the process of going through my characters and getting rid of some of the characters that I no longer have an interest for.. I don't want them to sit there and just collect dust; so I want to give them to someone that is going to love them and give them a loving home! =)

characters for sale (I am working on uploading all of the character into this stash file so this forum post is more organized and so I they are off my character site) 


- I may add some more characters as I sell.

Rules
- Do not sell the character for more than you bought it for, [unless it has art]
- If you should choose to sell, I want first dibs on buying them back
- The FREE characters, you MAY NOT sell them, regardless if they have got art or not! They may ONLY be given away
-  Please do not send PAYMENT until I have confirmed.
- Be kind!
- If you have an issue or a question please message me, do not post here
- Let me know when you've saved the character and any art they have if there is any.
- You may not claim more than 2 characters (unless I say so otherwise)
- First come first serve (meaning if someone had already posted an offer for it, BEFORE you did; I am going to look at their offer first.)
- I will NOT hold a character for more than 24 hours, so if payment hasn't been sent before the 24 hours are up; than I am going to mark it for sale again. This also includes any FREE characters, if you have not confirmed with me saying that you for sure want that character then I am allowed to move on to the next person that wants it.

- I will add more rules if I need to.

Sorry, I have actually changed my mind on these. Thinking about it has made me want to get out my old tools and make so art myself again. I'll just wait until I can practice and make ones for myself again. :) Again, sorry.

Edit as to why I posted a change of mind, I usually don't bid on something if I don't plan to pay.:

I feel weird bidding on something an artist says wasn't sold to the person selling said art. Maybe I'm just old and grumpy, but I feel like if the artist who did the coloring says they gifted something to a person, especially a well known artist in our community, I feel that it would not be right of me to come against the artist like that. I shouldn't buy something the artist claims was gifted. That's how this art community stayed alive. 

I also don't feel like Ducky would have said, out here in the forums for everyone to see if they wreren't 100% sure they were free to the seller. I bought from Ducky and many other artists around here throughout the years I've been on EV and I haven't been the most long lived active player, but I've been here. Sometimes I play, sometimes I just pop in and I'm gone again in a day, or a week. I have never been super active in the forums because I'm just not that person. But those of you who know me, know I've been here a while. 

That being said, I feel like it's only right for me to pull out of this sale entirely. If I'm in the wrong, please someone let me know. I have been gone awhile, but the art community used to be pretty tight knit and know the ins and outs of other's sales. If one person didn't know, another did and spoke up in these situations, and not always on the side of the original artist. We are all allowed to be forgetful, but this is just weird to me and I don't feel right buying until this issue is settled. Ducky colored the piece, that makes her the owner of that character, maybe not the lines themself, but the character design is. I doubt Ducky would purposely stake her claim in the forum where everyone could see if she wasn't sure. 

Not to mention a lot of these images are not download quality, they are snapshot quality, which, at least when I sold and bought art, was not how art was delivered. Some of these screenshot style images are also cropped weirdly which makes me question integrity of this sale as well. 

Until these things are cleared up I simply don't feel right placing a bid in this sale. :/ Sorry.

@hailyx - If your talking about this character: this one (Yes, ducky did make it and she did mention that I could only gift or trade it which is fine. Or if your talking about this character: this one Ducky didn't create the character (or not that I am a wear of)

The two you are selling that Ducky said was theirs. You said one was theirs and the other wasn't. Despite it having her player number in it. I'll post my thought process in screenshots if i need to. It's ok if you bought them from someone other than Ducky, however,  they have her player number on them. Also quality is not that of a legit at sale. Whether you are aware of that or not,  whether you stole it or NOT: i, me, this person right here, can't be sure that you are not selling stolen digital art (knowingly or NOT) when that original person who is visibly linked to the art says and openly claims something and you deny it despite the clues to your buyers. I am not accusing you. I am uncomfortable buying questionable integrity art. That's up to me as the buyer. 

I HAVEN'T STOLEN ANYTHING...... - I am done with people ALWAYS picking on me!!! I had made a mistake but I corrected it and calling me out on it PUBLICLY isn't cool neither and I am done with it all.

I clearly and distinctly never said you did. I made sure that was 100% clear. Don't get an attitude. It's a simple issue with a simple solution. 
Edit: reading this for deletion makes me believe strongly there is something for me,  as a buyer to be concerned with. Art sales don't get tagged for deletion this quickly. I'm sorry,  I am just informing you as to why I feel this way.
