Pinto Horse Federation- Layout Contest EVC prize

The newly founded club is looking for a layout. Prize will be 10 EVC

Looking to incorporate pinto coloration and/or pinto horse manipulation. Creative liberty is best!

Looking for CSS or normal HTML layout with multiple scroll boxes.

Please have all submissions completed by 4/23. Winner will be selected by members of the club and announced by Monday 4/19.

Please post your submissions and/or questions here. (submissions for this contest would be a screenshot of what the layout would look like with text entered/what the page would look like if CSS is being used)

I can do manips but cannot do css or coding can I still enter? 

Sure! I could figure out the coding part of it or get some help. If you just made the pic for the page with the boxes for text, I’m pretty sure I can get the text boxes into it
