Custom Tag?

I've never been one to have or even know how to make tags or charries, etc.. but I really would like one. I don't have references either..I'm so sorry :c

I'm willing to pay a decent amount either in evd or evc for someone to just make me something they think fits my theme already? I'm not picky at all! Really wanting to start with a custom tag but I would be willing to pay a little more for a bundle(tag&sig?). If anyone is down, let me know here or please pm me with examples. Thanks! c:

Hi Elegy -- I'd totally be willing to help you out with a tag/sig set to get you going : ). However, it wouldn't be a custom as I don't have the time at the moment to create anything from scratch. I'd not be able to complete it until next week, as I am finishing up orders on my current art sale by end of this coming weekend. But we could work out what horse(s) you'd like recolored on your tag/sig in the meantime.

Also, I don't have any characters to give you for a reference I really just want something personalized to the theme of my page already so dark coat pattern(grullo, patterned grullo) and maybe some type of green add-on your choice :)
