Simba laid with his head gently on Lalita's stomach, when he felt a tiny nudge, sat up, and stared at his sleeping mate. It had been almost a month and he stared with wonder. "Could there be some little ones in her womb???"

Bacardi carried Flynn back into the Snowy Kingdom den, the other lionesses looked up with curiosity, and Koki was a little surprised to see someone he thought he remembered. She laid him down where Bacole used to sleep, smiled at him as she walked around, and inspected him. "You are a fine young male, will make a fine king. I miss Bacole, but you will take his place. Just don't go after the mountain goats until you are as big as your older brother here."

Lalita slept, she was so happy she had been able to spend some quality time with her new mate. Her stomach rumbled and she woke with a smile to see Simba staring at her in awe. "What?" She asked still half asleep " please don't tell me that tummy rumble surprised you " she continued with a laugh. He still stared at her and her smile faded slowly, "simba?"

"I felt something kick me. From your belly." Simba smiled softly and had a hope.

Her eyes widened and she looked at her belly " are you sure, oh my gosh!!! " she said excitedly she may be going to have cubs. She was so excited she ten over and hitched Simba hard and squealed happily " ski you think?.... " she asked

"I think so. I hope so. I want to be a father and teach our cubs about the Circle of Life." Simba's eyes twinkled.

Flynn stood still as the lioness inspected him, and he stood up straight to
his normal size, stretching out his muscles for the first time in
months. He was quite tall for a young cub, but no one in the Savannah Pride would have ever noticed because of his usually shrunken up, prowling stance. But here, it was different. Somone found favor in him, and maybe would grow to love him as though their own kin. Determination filled the black depths of his eyes, and he was overcome with a strange overwhelming feeling. His heart wrenched as he searched for the right word. 'Power?..he thought as the word struck him. He forced himself to say no, but his heart said yes. He finally said, " If I am to be future royalty, I should know your name." He said, tilting his head.

"I am Queen Bacardi of the Snowy Kingdom. We are a proud pride and I will do whatever it takes to ensure my pride survives." Bacardi proudly stood tall and looked at the cub with a look no one could quite identify.

Koki led his gang out towards the Savanna, where a scout had told them that there was a herd of water buffalo grazing near the border, and they had every single intention of poaching one. However, what they didn't realize, is that the Savanna Pride was also hunting the same herd.

Cali led her hunting party, of seven young lionesses, besides her younger cousin Kacy, and all the cubs who had grown up. They were hunting the water buffalo and were looking at a big bull who had a lame leg.

Tarzan watched closely as Kane ran laps around a large tree. "Come on, Kane!" He yelled. "One more!" The large, young lion turned, watching as Lilly spotted a croc just barely sticking its nose out of the water, a long ways away. She turned, bent her head, (as she has grown much taller), tipped her neck down, and said "Hello." Tarzan nodded, his fluffy golden fur rippling in the slight breeze. Ginelly, a young zebra, hopped down a steep cliff wall, almost falling face first. Tarzan chuckled as she made it to the ground. Bamar was taking rock after rock to fill an over flowing lake, once finished, he had a large dam. Tarzan nodded and dismissed them.

Kunar watched the Lion Guard train from a distance and nodded with approval. "They are doing well. When they are grown, nobody can defeat the Lion Guard!"

Koki growled, signaled his gang to surround the big lame bull, and they closed the gap; while several others got ready to spook the herd. Suddenly, the herd bolted, snorting in alarm, while Cali, Kacy, and the others dove for cover. There was so much dust, that nobody knew why the herd bolted, as the wind was blowing away from the hunters, but Kacy spied the reason, and growled as she sneaked up on a dark brown lion who appeared to be leading the poachers hunt. The rest of Koki's gang took down the big lame bull, dragged him back into the Snowy Kingdom when Kacy attacked, and pinned Koki. He snarled, but couldn't get this strong lioness off him. His gang tried to retaliate, but Cali, and the others faced off with them, and Kacy snarled at the male. "Who do you think you are?! You can't snake our hunt away from us! You're not even supposed to be here!!!" Koki growled, but didn't say a word. "C'mon Koki! You can take that lioness!" One of his gang members snarled, to which the lioness who had stopped him angrily attacked, and then there was a huge fight among the young lions and lionesses. An angry voice rang out, that stopped the fight, and all stared at a furious Barcardi. "Get back here!!! Leave them alone. We got what we want...." The Snowy Kingdom hunting party backed off, with the Savanna Pride hunting party angrily growling. However, Koki was strangely silent on the way back, for when Bacardi had yelled and broke up the fight, the lioness who had pinned him stared at him, and then whispered into his ear, "I know who you are, why you are so familiar. You and I are siblings. You are my brother." Then, she had backed off to her pride, let him up, and watched him go with an eager look on her face. "Brother? I'm her brother? But, she's King Kunar's daughter! How that this be????? Unless.........." Koki thought deeply, not sure what to think anymore.

Bacardi looked at her "son" and wondered what on earth was wrong with him. But, before she could ask, the two young males in the gang suddenly collapsed, and moaned with pain. Their comrades all immediately surrounded them and saw that they had been badly injured during their fights. Bacardi checked their injuries, shook her head, and growled, "Let's go. They're too far gone to be helped." The others weren't sure, but she shoved them on, and they went on; carrying the water buffalo. Suddenly, one of the young lionesses looked around with surprise. "Hey, where's Bacardi?" They all stopped, looked, and then heard cries of mercy; then, suddenly nothing. Bacardi appeared around the corner, her white muzzle covered with blood, and eyes flashing. Nobody dared to ask her anything and simply followed her. Koki knew what his "mother" had done and a rage came over him; where he was beginning to hate her and wanted to avenge his friends that she murdered just because they were injured.

Hills is snow stood in front of the brown cat. As she limped across the trodden caribou trail, she heard and scented lions, a whole pride. Not wanting to get involved, the lioness veered away, tripping. She yowled, blood oozing from her already torn paw. She growled and stuck her paw in the snow, numbing it. The lioness hoped no one would come to 'rescue' her.

Keno groomed his sleeping sister's head, carefully watching her breathe. His eldest sister, Ava, watched from a distance. She gazed at him worriedly, the black cub oblivious to his sister's stare. The tan lioness padded away, pausing by her brother, King Kalumvi. "Brother, may I speak with you?"

"What is wrong Ava?" Kunar looked at her with a loving look. He loved his younger brothers and sisters, his family, his pride, and his land. But, Ava held a special place in his heart that only Toki had top priority over.

Bacardi pricked her ears when she heard the cry of pain, growled, and set off to investigate. However, Koki had also heard the cry, slipped away, and spied the lioness before Bacardi could. He decided to help her out and walked up boldly. "You'd better get away from here, it's not safe. If my Queen sees you, she won't hesitate to kill you. She doesn't like strangers."

Ava looked at Kunar. "I'm scared for Kalina." She told him. "And Keno. He hasn't left her side. I'm worried that if she doesn't wake up, he'll kill himself." She glanced at their smallest brother, who was stroking the unconscious cub's fur. "I want to help him, but how?"

The lioness looked up at the young lion. "I can't go on my own." She told him, wincing at the pain in her paw. "I'm heading to the Savannah. Can you escort me?" She asked, not wanting to be killed.
