Curious on what people think of the white horses. Are they desired by others, or is it just me? I think it is kind of pretty. But should this be something I strive to breed out, or keep in my lines?

All up to you. I think some breeds they just look amazing. Paints and Thoroughbreds in white are probably my favorites!

I like them but white is just a marking that covers their true color. I personally try to keep it out of my lines.
