Display only breeding offers which can be realised

There's nothing more annoying than choosing a breeding offer and clicking on "breed" button, only to find out that it's not possible to breed because the owner didn't progressed their account in the last 3 days. So even if the owner does log in every day but doesn't progress their account, it's impossible to breed to their horses.
I strongly feel that these breeding offers should never come up in the search in the first place. They should become invisible, otherwise it causes constant unnecessary annoyance. Or at least there should be a separate button in the search to choose among "active" and "non-active" breeding offers.

The same goes for horses which need a vet and shoe service.

I was actually going to suggest similar on horse sales, but hadn't fully formed the suggestion before Christmas and then it sort of dissolved.

There's already an option in the search field to exclude locked accounts. No support.

It has nothing to do with locked accounts. I can log on every day and have horses for stud but if I don't progress for 3 days in a row (despite logging in daily) then you will see my horse for stud but will not be able to breed to them.

I would like to see it for inactive horses, I'm really not sure why there's such an inconsistency between the two inactivity periods. 

As for vet and farrier, I don't think they should be auto-excluded as a quick message or waiting until the owner progresses will fix that. I would better support the option to pay the fee yourself for a quicker breeding at extra cost. 

I think somebody recently already suggested the last proposal (allowing breeding for extra cost of vetting a horse yourself).

It doesn't have to be as easy as contacting the owner because again if it's a situation already described by me then the owner may log on every day and yet never read any messages asking for vetting if they (the owner) never progress to read the message. Can you read your messages without progressing an account ???

I meant for people who progress daily for the vet/farrier checks aha. You can only view the progression screen if you haven't progressed. 

Fully support! This is beyond frustrating to me, it happens so often.

YES. I am trying to improve TWH and this happens to me ALL the time. There are not an abundance of higher conf and stat TWH to use for stud services so it is so frustrating going back and forth between two, comparing info, etc, finally choosing, then bam, its a no go.
