This is probably a silly question...but where do I go to find riding schools? I've only ever seen the option come up when viewing a horse currently working at one.

In the stable search (right next to horse search in Town), there is a search feature for riding schools. You can search for a specific one, or any in a certain discipline, and get five random results (to be fair to the riding schools that would otherwise be sorted last).
