Change Discipline on Riding School?

I just opened my riding school and thought I had set it to endurance. However, when I looked today it says "popular discipline: Western". Is there a way to change it? Or is the popular discipline different than the set discipline?

It changes everyday. I think. 

And yes, I do believe it is different.

The disciplines are set randomly every day to encourage using different riding schools.
