Custom items Needed

Hello, I am currently looking for these items customized for me.
All need to be Gypsy Vanner breed. 
I prefer the more realistic artwork but open to creativity. 
I will be trading credits for:
¤ Custom layout
¤ Custom Tag
¤ Custom signature 

Please provide examples and quote how many credits per item or if this can be done as a package deal. I would like all items to coordinate if possible.
