$$$ ISO: High Quality Layout

Hi all my art peeps!

Now that I have my account back, I am searching for someone to make a layout for me. I'm in no rush, as long as it is the right person and the quality is good. I previously had a beautiful layout, done by an old friend (Caballine Creations), but the coding and images must be outdated because now my profile is a mess of coding gibberish. 

I dont really have an idea of what I want yet, but i dont expect it to be something overly complicated or time consuming. I only want one (maybe 2, but most likely just one) of my characters featured. 

As far as budget goes, I dont really have one. I will pay the right price for something great.

Willing to pay any combination of EVD/EVC, and even USD if it comes to it.

Some examples of what I've done

I don't really do manips anymore. Usually just use an image/manip done by someone else that you already have or a free image from Pixabay and the like.
