ISO tag

hey, I'm not familiar with how art is done to a profile and or tag. but I am looking for someone that would be willing to guide me through it that has experience with creating tags. I'm looking for someone that can draw me an Arabian horse something creative.   please help, send me a message i am not on often but i will get to you when i can. many thanks in advance
