ISO Simple Club Layout Looking to spend $2-3mil

So I have just taken over the Trakehner Club and need a simple coded layout for its page. Just a basic warm blood type horse image with "The Trakehner Club" text on it and about 3-4 boxes to put information in.

Looking to spend between $2-3mil EVD (or can pay in credits if you prefer)
