Farm or Orchard?

I've got enough to buy either a Farm or an Orchard, which one is better?

It depends on which treats you'd like more - turnips and carrots grow in the farm, and all the apple types grow in the orchard. In the farm you'll get to harvest faster, but you'll have to replant after each harvest. In the orchard trees take longer to mature and bear fruit, but once they do they don't have to be replanted.
