I have noticed that there are strange accessories for your horses and plush toys. I don't know what they are for. Would someone tell me where I can get them and what they are for?

The plush toys you can get during certain events. It's more of just a collector's item. You can also purchase some in the Marketplace from other members. I got one from from logging in one day from being a veteran of EV. The accessories are also from events except some of the backgrounds you can get from the General Store and Marketplace as well.
