club registration

I’m new to some clubs and some of my horses fit the registration requirements but i have no idea where to register them? 

On the club's page that you wish to register the horses at click on the this part (where the black arrow is pointing in the image)


Then scroll to the bottom of the page that opens up. Then all you have to do is select the horse you want to register and click the register horse button below. Some clubs you have to wait for the owner or an admin to approve your application, at which point the horse will show up in the pending section. You can also cancel your application there.
