New layout to celebrate my coming back

Hey everyone, first off its good to be back and seeing everyone around! I am currently looking for a new layout to celebrate my coming back to equiverse! I found a design on TMR's layout example page, and I would like something similar to that layout.

I would like my layout to look similar to this one, but a few things would be changed ofc!

Things that I want:
- Same layout format as the example above (if not possible, expandable text boxes will do just fine!)
- Banner with Tall Oak Stables
- The larger image underneath the banner 

Colors and Theme:
- I would like rustic colors, so your browns and your greys (nothing dark tho please)
- I am wanting the main theme to be western, so like anything barn wood I would love)



Things that I want changed:
- The background color obviously would need to be changed
- The banner with the name would also need to be changed
- The larger image underneath the banner changed as well

Also, I don't really know how much a layout like this would cost, therefore I haven't put up a price that I am wanting to pay yet because I just don't know what something like this would cost me! If you have any other questions, please feel free to message me!
