What happens when Deluxe runs out?

I mean, I'm going to find out soon. But I was wondering, when your Deluxe runs out, obviously you lose your perks. But what happens when you get more Deluxe? Do you have to buy all the stables and everything again? Not a big deal but I was wondering ...

^{You keep everything you purchased while deluxe but you won't be able to access them. They'll be available again once you renew your deluxe time. You also keep your divisions you've bought but won't be able to buy more if you're over the basic limit.}
